This policy covers vernapp.com, the Vern waitlist, and the Vern service. “Vern”, “we” and “us” mean the people who make Vern.
What we collect
- Waitlist. Your email address, when you join.
- Your account. Your name, email address and the organization you belong to.
- Your organization’s content. What you and your team put into Vern: how your work runs, the people you serve, files and messages. It belongs to your organization.
- Usage and device information. Such as your IP address, browser and device, and how you use the site and the service.
- Payments. If you pay for Vern, a payment provider handles your card details. We don’t store them.
How we use it
To run Vern for you, keep it secure, prevent abuse, fix problems, and make it better. To send you emails about the waitlist, your account and the service.
We don’t sell personal data. And your organization’s content is never used to train AI models.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to host Vern, store data, send email and process payments. They handle information only to provide those services to us.
Security
We protect your information with care and standard safeguards, and we limit who can get to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails with the link at the bottom of each one. To see, correct or delete your information, write to support@vernapp.com.
Children
Vern isn’t directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
