These terms cover vernapp.com and the Vern service. By using either, you agree to them.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Your content stays yours
What you and your organization put into Vern belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, show it to the people you choose, and do the work you ask of Vern.
Using Vern well
Don’t use Vern to break the law, harm or mislead people, send spam, or get into things that aren’t yours. Don’t try to break or overload the service.
Fees
If and when Vern has paid plans, you’ll see the price before you pay.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee you access to Vern, and it doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us.
As is
Vern is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vern isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, that come from using the site or the service.
Leaving
You can stop using Vern anytime and take your data with you. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
